sweetest side of life
More often than not, we look into our fridge and find that bruised, sticky undesireable peach sitting at the bottom of the produce shelf. We look at it with disgust and revolted by its oozing juices and squishy texture, we are tempted to throw it out. However, we fail to realize the positives that lie in the "rotten" fruit. Peeling back its outer layer, beholds the refreshing, sweet nectar, that drips between our fingers as we sink our teeth into a little taste of summer time. We can overlook the tasty slices filling both our cobbler and our faces, at the neighborhood picnic. So next time the week old peaches look up at you from the bottom of the produce shelf, remember, the over ripened fruit is the sweetest of them all.
